Introducing Translations and Email Layouts

Today we're introducing two exciting features - Translations and Email Layouts, two important features of a scalable notification infrastructure!

Translations

With Translations, you can now add multiple language files in Engagespot and use those language strings in your messages (emails, SMS, in-app, or any other channel). The appropriate language file will be selected based on the user's locale profile attribute when a notification is delivered.

Creating language files is as easy as editing a JSON file!

Email Layouts

This is one of the most requested features by our users! Previously, you had to design each email from scratch, making it difficult to reuse a common template for all your emails. With the new layout feature, you can now create a layout and easily use it across your workflows.

This means you no longer have to redesign your email structure for every workflow, saving you a lot of time while maintaining a consistent look for all your emails!
